Maintenance Agreements

Maintenance agreements are included with all purchases of PowerWF. Maintenance covers all minor and major software updates for the duration of the maintenance contract. Maintenance also covers basic email and phone support.

Coverage

Purchase of an Annual Maintenance Agreement covers:

• Free minor version updates. All minor version updates are available for download here
• Free major version upgrades. Notifications of major upgrades will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
• Free technical support (excluding consulting). Support is provided by phone or e-mail.

Pricing

• The first year’s maintenance is included with in the purchase price.
• After the first year, maintenance is purchased annually.
• Maintenance must be purchased within 30 days of the expiration of the previous maintenance agreement.
• Maintenance is 20% of the current software list price
• In cases where software is being offered at a discounted rate, the maintenance is not discounted.

Terms and Conditions

Renewal – A renewal notice will be emailed to the address provided at the time of purchase when the maintenance agreement expires. If the maintenance agreement has not been renewed within 30 days of notification, the agreement will be considered cancelled.

The cost of annual maintenance will be based off the list price of the software at the time of renewal.

Cancellation – The Agreement will cancel automatically if it is not renewed. Devfarm Software does not offer early cancellation.
